Supreme Court Review
July 26, 2018 - July 26, 2018
Date: Thursday, July 26, 2018
Time: 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m CDT
The Supreme Court issued several important decisions this term for employers, including on the validity of contractually mandated individual arbitration and whistleblower protections under the Dodd-Frank Act. Join Franczek Radelet attorneys Leah Farmer and John Swinney for a review of the key labor and employment decisions from the Supreme Court's 2017-2018 term (note that we will only briefly touch on the Janus decision in light of the July 19 webinar). We will also look ahead to cases coming up in the Court's 2018-2019 term and what the retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy may mean for employers.
