Daniel G. Fritz represents the interests of management in almost every aspect of labor and employment law. Mr. Fritz’s practice includes providing counsel to management with respect to union relations, labor arbitrations, collective bargaining agreements, discrimination, harassment, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Mr. Fritz spent four years with The Boeing Company, where he successfully reviewed and negotiated contracts and agreements on Boeing’s behalf.

Stephen handles all facets of employment law, including employment discrimination and wage and hour claims in state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout the country, as well as advising clients on employment-related matters such as personnel policies, daily human resources issues, employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks. Stephen also represents employers in labor relations matters, including representing management in arbitration and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Stephen also has extensive experience handling issues before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, including preparing Affirmative Action Plans. Stephen further provides counsel to clients on immigration matters and assists in the preparation and filing of various immigration petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Thomas O. McCarthy, a Partner in the St. Louis firm of McMahon Berger, P.C., has 30 years experience defending employers in discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
