For more than 25 years, Douglas has focused on providing individualized advice and counseling to companies throughout the United States. He has built a long track record of success representing numerous clients in administrative proceedings with the OFCCP, NLRB, EEOC, OSHA and other Department of Labor agencies at the federal and state level. When litigation does occur, Douglas's experience has translated into successful representation of companies in jury trials, appeals and arbitrations. Read received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Carolina and served as a judicial law clerk for Judge J. Owen Forrester of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Read represents private and public sector employers in lawsuits, charges, arbitrations, grievances, and other proceedings; counsels employers regarding various aspects of employment law (including non-competition matters); prepares personnel policies, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and dispute resolution programs; and conducts training. Read co-chairs the firm’s Public Sector Group, representing cities, counties, and other governmental employers, and is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group.

Sanford heads the firm's immigration practice. He works exclusively in the area of immigration and naturalization law. He represents multi-national clients and individuals who are pursuing non-immigrant and immigrant visas. Sanford works with a wide scope of employers in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, education, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and manufacturing. He regularly consults with companies who need guidance with immigration compliance issues including I-9, E-Verify and Audit Defense. He assists employers that are pursuing both long-term and short-term immigration strategies for their employees. Sanford meets regularly with business leaders and human resource personnel to provide updates and lead round table discussions dealing with immigration topics.

Brent Wilson is a seasoned labor and employment practitioner who has practiced in the L&E area for over 40 years. He spent 3 years as an attorney with the NLRB.
