Franczek Radelet Announces Hiring of Two Attorneys

We are delighted to announce that the Firm has hired two attorneys in its Labor & Employment practice group, Leah Farmer and Erin Walsh. Both counsel employers on a wide variety of employment and labor matters and have successfully litigated in both State and Federal court.
Leah joins us from Noelle Brennan & Associates. Her practice includes employment contracts, severance agreements, business conduct standards, workplace investigations, disciplinary hearings, human resources, corporate training, and other employment-related matters. Leah represents clients in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and settlement negotiations for claims including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and the FLSA. Read more here.
Erin joins us from Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins. Her practice includes counseling public and private sector clients on a variety of employment and labor issues related to wage and hour, FMLA, discipline and discharge, workplace harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation and social media in the workplace. Erin also counsels public sector clients on matters related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Open Meetings Act (OMA), the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA), and other general municipal and school law matters.
