EEOC Issues New Workplace Guidance on COVID-19

With the President and some Governors talking about reopening the Country, the EEOC has issued new guidance for employers about how to approach workers and the challenges presented by COVID-19 in the workplace.  It is particularly helpful and reasonable, and has answers in several areas where we will no doubt see challenges in the future.
