Summary of CARES Act Employer Relief Programs for Businesses and Nonprofits

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”) was signed into law on March 27, 2020. Among other things, the Act provides relief programs for employers, including loans, grants and tax incentives.
